About our GLATT KOSHER STANDARDS

Sky Glatt Kosher company adheres to the most stringent standards and regulations in maintaining GLATT KOSHER kashrut at every stage of food preparation, from supplier selection and cooking to delivery of in-flight meals to our clients on board. To ensure compliance with all GLATT KOSHER requirements, our dairy and meat kitchens are located in separate facilities, providing our clients with absolute confidence in the reliability of our service.

Sky Glatt Kosher is pleased to offer exquisite breakfasts and baked goods that meet the laws of KEMACH YOSHON and CHOLOV ISRAEL, as well as main menu dishes that adhere to BEIT YOSEF requirements. Prior to delivery, all products are sealed with a special VAAD KASHRUS tape and then delivered directly to our client.

How it works?

Based on global best practices and our experience in providing in-flight catering for business aviation flights, we'd like to walk you through our step-by-step process for your convenience, ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

  • 1 - You send us the order


    Once you've added items to your cart, you'll submit your order to our operations team for processing

  • 2 - You get the order confirmation & payment options

    Once we receive your order, we will discuss any additional details and preferences with you and confirm our ability to accept it for processing. We then provide you with the final cost of the order and send you a link to make the payment.

  • 3 - Catering delivery


    Once your order is paid in full, we'll start processing it for timely delivery to the FBOs or Passenger Terminals at JFK and LGA, ensuring your aircraft is serviced on the ramp as scheduled.

Working Calendar

Dear valued guests, please be advised that Sky Glatt Kosher operates according to the Jewish calendar and Jewish traditions. This means that orders cannot be placed on holidays and Shabbat (Saturdays)! However, our team will do its best to accommodate your request and prepare your meal in advance.   • SHABBAT

    Shabbat, according to Jewish tradition, begins on Friday evening and ends late Saturday evening, with the exact start time changing seasonally. As our kitchen hours adjust accordingly, we strive to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible before holidays to ensure timely communication.

  • HOLIDAYS

    The same guidelines that apply to Shabbat also apply to major Jewish holidays like Passover, Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot. Unfortunately, catering services may not be available during these times. However, we've got some helpful tips - see our Practical Advice section for more information!

  • PRACTICAL ADVICE

    SKY GLATT KOSHER takes this opportunity to advise you to place your order in advance before holidays, allowing our staff sufficient time to prepare and deliver it to the handling company at the departure airport, which will then provide the meal to you upon request. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and passengers may require kosher meals at specific times and in specific quantities. Therefore, SKY GLATT KOSHER is always committed to accommodating our clients' needs and strives to provide the best possible service.
